Noone of us is as smart as all of us

When unity is the theme of an organization, it becomes clear that there is no obstacle too big that a little team-work can't handle. This has been proven time and time again by the JR.C section. One of the biggest reasons is the effective communication among each member of the section, they communicate, communicate and communicate unless everything is clear. One is always interested in others ideas. No one points out finger on other rather accepts mistakes and apologize. One never brags to show other people that he has done a great job. One has faith that people will recognize when good work is being done and that they'll let him know how well they are doing. They love to appreciate and credit others for their achievements. They celebrate even when one person has brought fame to the section, they are family, they are strong. The Pillars, the leaders are far too strong. They have open ears and open eyes and the biggest heart. They are authentic and truthful. They hate to credit themselves for their staffs’ achievements and love to pat their shoulders and celebrate the happy moments with the staff and sob at unavoidable circumstances. Thankyou leaders for being our guide, thanks for making us what we are, infact what we are proud of……….. It is a Pleasure to recognize those who are committed to giving back to the section.
